CONTRIBUTING OF LOCAL AREA TRAFFIC MANAGEMENT TO REDUCE ENVIRONMENTAL IMPACTS IN SURABAYA
There has been a consistent interest at both the metropolitan scale and at the local level to reduce energy consumption, relieve traffic congestion, enhance the mobility of central business areas, promote pedestrian and bicycle use. Over several years, a large amount of event relevant to local area planning in Surabaya has been required. A few considerable topics of planning, such as pedestrian movement facilities, bicycle lane planning, connected public transportations facilities, and the traffic management that are particularly applicable to local area planning and design in certain area of Surabaya especially with some objective to reduce environmental impacts such as traffic noise and air pollution. Designing the integrated plan of an environmental impact attenuation together with pedestrian lane such as buffer zone, planting vegetation and noise barriers can expected to minimizing those impacts

diperlukan

kecelakaan
lalu
lintas,
agar
dapat
disimpulkan
faktor
penyebabnya
supaya
dapat
dirumuskan
pula
upaya
penanggulangannya.
Banyaknya
kejadian
kecelakaan
yang
terjadi
pada
ruas
jalan
By-Pass
Krian-Balongbendo
mengakibatkan
banyaknya
kerugian,
baik
kerugian
materil
dan
non
materiil
pada
para
pengendara
tersebut.
Dengan
dasar
ini
perlu
dilakukan
analisa
kecelakaan
terhadap
tingginya
tingkat
kecelakaan
sehingga
dapat
diketahui
faktor-faktor
penyebabnya,
daerah
rawan
kecelakaan
(blacl<spot),
dan
mencari
solusi
penyelesaian
yang
tepat
untuk
meminimalisasi
kecelakaan
yang
sering
terjadi
pada
ruas
jalan
tersebut.
Metode
yang
digunakan
dalam
penelitian
ini
adalah
penelitian
deskriptif-analitis.
Deskriptif
berarti
memaparkan
suatu
kejadian
sesuai
dengan
kondisi
yang
ada,
sedangkan
analitis
berarti
data{ata
yang
terkumpul
disusun,
dianalisa
dan
dijelaskan
sesuai
dengan
parameter
yang
ada.
Model
analisa
dengan
menggunakan
ANOVA
untuk
uji
pengaruh
ruas
jalan
terhadap
jumlah
kecelakaan,
uji
validitas
dan
reliabilitas
dari
pendapat
responden
tentang
faktor
kecelakaan
pada
ruas
jalan
tersebut.
Sehingga
diperoleh
gambaran
kecelakaan
yang
jelas
dan
dapat
dicari
solusi
penyelesaiannya.
Dari
hasil
analisa
didapatkan
faktor-faktor
kecelakaan
pada
ruas
jalan
By-Pass
Krian-
Balongbendo
adalah
faktor
manusia
(79,91Yo),
faktor
kendaraan
(12,66oh),
faktor
jalan
(4,37%)
dan
faktor
lingkungan
(3,06%).
Daerah
rawan
kecelakaan
terdapat
pada
Km
37+300-Km
-+0+400
dan
didominasi
sepeda
motor
(41,23%).
Salah
satu
alternatif
penyelesaian
adalah
dengan
diberi
kanalisasi
atau
jalur
khusus
berupa
marka
jalan
untuk
kendaraan
sepeda
motor.

Analisa Kebutuhan Ruang Pandangan Bebas Pada Perlintasan Sebidang Tanpa Palang Pintu Di Desa Gelam, Kabupaten Sidoarjo
Railway crossing are amongst the most complex of road safety handling systems, due to the conflicts between road vehicles and rail infrastructure operations. Railway crossing until now is still become the one of major accident cause for road users. Mainly caused by indiscipline acts of road users when pass a railway crossing such as opening an illegal crossing, trespassing closed crossing gate and unaware road users. In the area that growing into an industrial and commercial area, the origins of road network that is local road type changed to collector road type. This roads transformation affected to appears of unprotected railway level crossings which existing railways and roads are closed to each other.
In Province of East Java especially at Sidoarjo Municipality there are two railway crossing which indicating to this serious matters located at JPL 69 Gelam 1 and JPL 70 Gelam 2. These two railway crossing showing an incomplete standard safety facilities which required such as railway warning sign and others. By this urgency, paperwork is held to discussing about standard safety facilities identifications and analyzing availability of clear visible zone according with Guidance of Technically Design of Railway Crossing. As a results explained that JPL 69 Gelam 1 is not recommended for safety reasons and JPL 70 Gelam 2 is recommended with several conditions that must be equipped
ANALISIS MESIN PENGUPAS DAN PEMOTONG KENTANG SEMI OTOMATIS
Abstrak
Pertumbuhan industri di era yang serba cepat sekarang ini secara langsung menuntut agar adanya sebuah inovasi teknologi. Dalam dunia pangan contohnya banyak usaha dibidang keripik kentang yang mempunyai aneka rasa, tetapi dalam prosesnya kentang masih dikupas secara manual yang sangat memakan waktu. Maka dalam perkembangannya diperlukan inovasi sebuah inovasi ini dibuktikan dengan suatu rancangan yang menggabungkan dua sistem yaitu piringan pengupas dan pisau pemotong dalam satu mesin. Pada akhirnya ditentukan bahwa penelitian Tugas Akhir (TA) ini membahas tentang “Analisis Mesin Pengupas Dan Pemotong Kentang Semi Otomatis”. Dalam analisis hasil pengujian, langkah awal yang dilakukan adalah menentukan tahap proses pembuatan mesin pengupas dan pemotong kentang semi otomatis, sehingga dapat menganalisa hasil pengujian pada mesin tersebut sampai didapatkan variabel parameter yaitu : Parameter piringan pengupas diameter 300 mm kecepatan 500 rpm, parameter waktu pengupasan 24 detik/satuan kentang, parameter pulley diameter 300 mm kecepatan 500 rpm diameter 200 mm kecepatan 725 rpm diameter 150 mm kecepatan 1000 rpm, parameter waktu pemotongan 20 detik 15 detik 10detik. Hasil akhir yang didapatkan adalah hasil pengujian mesin pengupas dan pemotong kentang semi otomatis lebih produktif dan efisien. Dalam perkembangannya untuk meningkatkan dan memperoleh variabel parameter yang maksimal dapat dilakukan perubahan diameter pulley 300 mm dan sabuk jenis FM 5D dengan putaran motor 5800 rpm, sehingga dapat diperoleh waktu 10 detik untuk pemotongan satu bahan kentang.

ANALISIS PERTUMBUHAN EKONOMI DAN TINGKAT KETIMPANGAN ANTAR KECAMATAN DI KABUPATEN PEKALONGAN TAHUN 2010-2013
This study aims to to analyze the level inequality of income between each district in pekalongan regency. The Inequal of income can be seen on the value of Gross Domestic Bruto (GDP) that has different value between each district. There were 19 districts in pekalongan regency that used in this research. Which each district have the different number of income. The method to analys the data that be used in this research was regression of data panel with eviews 8.0.
The result show there are disparities income in pekalongan regency that can be seen from the value of GDP from each district which being inequality and even have the significan gap between each district. Both variables influence to inequal income in pekalongan regency which variable is Growth and Employment
ANALISA TINGKAT PELAYANAN JALUR PEJALAN KAKI YANG SINERGIS DENGAN FASILITAS TRANSPORTASI PUBLIK DI KOTA SURABAYA
Surabaya is the capital of East Java Provincial with high mobility of resident dynamics. These matters directly have an effect to exploiting of facility of existing transportation mode. In Central Business District and in other areas like commerce area, trade centre and education area, exploiting of public transportations becoming especial choice in supporting mobility and accessibility process. Facility cessation of public transportations (Public Transportations Shelter) which are in some business area shares, education and commerce in town of Surabaya for example attributed to many pedestrian of lane. In order to improve security, safety and comfortable for consumer of pedestrian lane and at the same time pedestrian lane giving a synergic relations with facility cessation of existing public transportations, hence require to be conducted by planning of pedestrian lane paid attention aspect such as pedestrian level of service.
